L BEAUTY has been nearly 20 years in the making, from the humble beginnings of a single parent looking for flexibility with her two year old son to the wonderful team and beautiful salon we have today.

Hi I'm Louise, owner of L BEAUTY.

It all began in 2002, being a single parent I wanted to work for myself doing something I loved and have more flexibility with my son  who was 2 at the time, I trained in Beauty Therapy and just went for it! I opened above Spencers hairdresses on Dale Road, Spondon, posting leaflets everywhere and then waited for the phone to ring with my first bookings. The feeling of excitement...

Since then its been a whirlwind, expanding twice into bigger premises, I chose a team that I knew would grow with me. A team like me that never wanted to stand still, always looking for the next new treatment, and what else we can do to provide that next level of service to make your experience an even better one, hopefully we have succeeded in this.

My main love in the salon is to see the buzz, the life, our regular clients loving their treatments. A happy team that has such a bond with each other, and also with their customers. Proud moments for me daily 💓.  

Treatments in the salon, I'm known as 'Rapid Speed Waxer' or when it comes to massage or facials 'Magic Hands'  what can I say I have the gift 🎁

People say I drink far too much coffee, I think not enough! I am totally addicted to exercising, and if I'm not in the salon you will probably find me at David Lloyds on a spin bike!

Hi I'm Charlotte

I'm new to L BEAUTY but I'm not new to the beauty industry. I have been qualified as a Level 3 Beauty Therapist for 15 years now.

I love all aspects of Beauty Therapy. I especially love doing nails, waxing and massage but I have a passion for all treatments and love to give clients the best experience possible.

Whilst at school I did a weeks work experience at a salon and I instantly knew that's the career I wanted. Each day in the salon can be so different and waht's not to like about making people feel good about themselves!

I love to build good a relationship with my clients. I find this can really make clients comfortable and relaxed no matter what treatment they are having. I'm a very organised person, some might say OCD and I show that in my treatments with being quite a perfectionist (which can only be a good thing, I hope!).

I'm a social butterfly, I'm always busy at the weekends either spending time with family or friends. I love nothing more than a cocktail and a good dance on a Saturday night.

I'm happy to be called Charlotte but my friends and family call me Char.

I'm Abbie!

I have been at L BEAUTY since March 2022 and been in the industry for 4 years now, I absolutely love it here and working with such a lovely team. I love all aspects of my job from getting creative with nails to electrolysis and all the relaxing facials we offer. I absolutely love a good chat and a catch up with all my clients. 

Outside of work you’re most likely to find me at a restaurant enjoying some good food or on a plane off to somewhere hot!

Hi I’m Sarah

I am level 3 qualified & I have my level 4 in micropigmentation & anti-wrinkle treatments.

I have always loved everything beauty although my favourite treatments are facials, lashes & massage. I love to see the results after! I enjoy meeting new people & making them feel relaxed & good about themselves.

I love to spend time with my two amazing children, my family & friends, going on holidays, days out. I also like to walk my dog Luna & love a few cheeky proseccos with the girls!
 

Hi I’m Ellie

I have been in the beauty industry for 6 years with both spa and salon experience.

I really enjoy the wide variety of treatments we offer at L Beauty but my favourites would have to be brows and lash lift. I love seeing what a big difference these treatments make to a clients natural appearance. 
I also love making all my clients leave the salon feeling good about themselves or super relaxed if they have had one of my lovely massages. 

Outside of work you will find me looking after my two little chihuahuas, and I absolutely love going out for some good food and a cocktail or two. I will never turn down a pornstar martini!

I am Claire and I have been one of the Salon's receptionists since 2021.

I love working at L beauty and I am so passionate about ensuring your experience with us meets and exceeds all expectations , from the minute you arrive to when you leave ! 
My favourite treatments are a lash lift and a full body massage . 

Outside of L BEAUTY I am a busy mum to Charlie and violet and countless animals! I love a good afternoon tea especially if it is served up with something fizzy.

My big passion is music and love nothing more than being at a gig, concert or festival. I’m usually found on the dance floor where I’m first up and last to leave!
